Jackby Court
Maintenance had been neglected for four to five years. Prolonged heat exposure caused the timber to expand, leading to warping, swelling, shrinkage, and cupping.
Due to the sloping site, extensive scaffolding was required to ensure safe access and full coverage in line with health and safety standards.
A specialised cleaning solution was applied, followed by pressure washing to remove contaminants and prepare the timber for treatment.

Rannoch Drive

One of the first homes built in Jack’s Point, this property was designed to allow the cedar to naturally silver. Uneven exposure, however, led to patchy weathering and a poor surface finish.
As a soft timber, cedar requires careful pressure washing using the correct equipment, pressure, and technique to avoid damage.
Plaster & Louvred Doors
The aged plaster required a new membrane coating, while the peeling louvre doors needed stripping and re-coating.
